Ron brings 24 years of experience in IT and leadership from his distinguished career as a U.S. Navy Chief. At JapanETCcard, he leads the full operational team, overseeing day-to-day systems, customer communications, technology processes, and execution of sales and service strategies.

Branch Manager

Genichi plays a key role in driving new projects, research initiatives, and innovation strategies. As the company expands, he helps identify opportunities for growth, oversees pilot programs, and supports regional logistics across Japan.

Naoko is the heart of customer operations. She handles all client requests, mileage assistance, ETC unit installation coordination, shipping, and toll receipt processing. She ensures daily support is smooth, fast, and friendly for all our users.

Since founding JapanETCcard in 2013, I’ve been committed to making toll access in Japan easier, more transparent, and more foreigner-friendly. What started as a small idea has grown into a nationwide network, serving thousands of international drivers and military personnel across Japan.

Our mission has always been to eliminate the language barriers, remove complicated bank procedures, and create a platform that delivers reliable, secure, and fast ETC card services tailored for the international community.

With a core leadership team that’s been with us since day one and a dedicated support staff of nearly 10 professionals, we are proud of the loyalty and passion that fuels our company every day. As we grow, we’re actively working on expanding access across more regions, launching more local partnerships, and introducing new features that benefit our customers directly—like commuter discounts, mileage credits, real-time dashboards, and more.
