Rush Temporary ETC Cards 

If you require an ETC card urgently, we offer a rush service for temporary cards (additional fees apply).

Any customer who has completed their vehicle documents and security deposit requirement can request a temporary card by sending an email to [email protected].

We can either ship the temporary card to your address in Japan or arrange for pickup at our Yokosuka office.

When your permanent card is ready, we will ship it along with a pre-paid, self-addressed return envelope for the temporary card.
This ensures you can receive your card earlier and conveniently return the temporary card.

 Rush Temporary ETC Card Options 

Pickup at Our Yokosuka Office

• Cost: ¥1,500
• Usage: 14 days
• Return the temporary card to our office within 14 days.
   

Shipped Anywhere in Japan

• Cost: ¥2,000
• Usage: 14 days
• Your temporary card will be shipped for free to your address in Japan.
• Return the temporary card using the pre-paid, self-addressed envelope provided.
• You may wait to receive your official ETC card before mailing back the temporary card (must be returned within 14 days).
   

Important Notes for Temporary ETC Cards

• Lost or Damaged Cards: ¥4,000 replacement fee.
• Late Returns: A late fee of ¥1,500 applies for every seven days beyond 21 days (on Days 21, 28, 35, etc.).
