Referral Credit Timing

Referral credits are applied 90 days after the referred customer signs up and remains active. Because of this timing, leaderboard announcements are based on the month the credit is posted—not when the referral occurred.

• Example: A referral made in April becomes eligible after 90 days, making the referrer eligible for credit and leaderboard recognition in July.
• Future winners may appear on the leaderboard ahead of time if their referrals are projected to meet the 90-day requirement, but results are finalized only at the end of each month.

Final Monthly Results

All monthly winners are confirmed at the end of each month after verifying referral eligibility. Credits and bonus prizes are only issued once a referred member has successfully completed their 90-day trial period.

Yearly Campaign Timing

The referral program’s yearly leaderboard runs from October to September rather than following the calendar year. This ensures that all referral credits counted in the yearly totals are fully qualified and posted before final tallies are locked in.

• Referrals made in September are the last ones counted toward the current year's campaign, as their credits will post in December after the 90-day requirement.
• The final yearly totals are calculated in December, but only include referrals made up to the end of September.

This structure guarantees that all yearly awards reflect accurate, verified referral performance. Referrals made after September will be counted toward the following year’s leaderboard and bonus program.
