I greatly appreciated being able to get an ETC card and pay less in tolls. Being able to ask someone in English for assistance in understanding the system has been great. You should definitely expand your market and reach the many expats who are over here for work (not military). For instance, there are several automakers who send their employees to Japan for a year to 2 years and this service would be great for them to use.

Purchased card and ETC machine, only to have the benefits change. I used it for about 4 months and then discontinued use because it was no longer beneficial.
