JapanETCcard was one of the best decisions we made upon our return to Japan. We lived here from 2008 -2011 and did not have this service available to us. I really enjoyed using Japan ETC, but I am leaving Okinawa, Japan heading back to the states so I have to cancel my services. I have referred this to many of my friends. Thanks for everything I will be back to use Japan ETC again.

I have enjoyed the service. The only confusion I have had is the billing cycle was slow but I understand that is how it works.
