Your service is straightforward and convenient. As a SOFA-status American, I had tried for several years to obtain an ETC credit card, but I could not determine a way to do it. Your company has made this possible and easy.

ETC worked well and getting the ETC card was pretty easy and the personnel got back to me quickly with what I needed. No problems. If I make it back to Japan I would definitely use it again. Thank you for everything. My ETC card was easy to use. No problems.
