JapanETCcard has been a top notch service for U.S. service members. They made it so much more convenient for us to travel without the burden of having cash on hand for all the toll roads or having to stop at every toll booth.

Customer service has been phenomenal. I am from Misawa and I needed the card since we were driving to Tokyo and then back. Mr. Jones not only made sure he stayed after hours to give me my ETC card but was very helpful throughout the process. We did a lot of traveling and we saved substantial amount of money on tolls. I highly recommend this service.
