I greatly appreciated being able to get an ETC card and pay less in tolls. Being able to ask someone in English for assistance in understanding the system has been great. I have recommended your company to all the people I know from America who are in Japan for a short time. This is a great service and easy to use! You should definitely expand your market and reach the many expats who are over here for work (not military). For instance, there are several automakers who send their employees to Japan for a year to 2 years and this service would be great for them to use.
