The service served me well while being in Japan.

So easy to obtain and card and renewal car, use and pay. I never had to worry if I had yen in the car to cover tolls. Especially when I unintentionally emerged the highway making wrong turns or getting lost!

Great service but wish billing could be real-time and not delayed 2 months... Kind of a pain when trying to be reimbursed for travel stuff. also, easier for fraud when delayed so long. Just double check your travel with your billings.
