I regret taking so long to sign up for an ETC card because as soon as I did, driving in Japan became so much easier. It's also so quick and easy to get any questions you may have answered. I am really glad I finally signed up of the ETC account.

Very good and useful service if using the highway commonly. Smooth transactions, easy going in and out the highway with the ETC card. I'm cancelling due to my PCS, leaving Japan. Overall great service. I plan to use this service again when I return to Japan so please keep my account in the system. Thank you very much!

Fantastic! Worked great for five years. Never any problems.

What was really good about this service was being able to use your ETC card across several vehicles from cars, to motorcycles, to your friends car, to rental cars. An absolute must if you want ease with travel on the highways without needing to bring extra money.

One last thing, if you own a motorcycle with an ETC reader. Having this service is highly recommended. Japan ETC was a great service and I will use again.
